Vila Veltozelo is a vacation house high in Tibet Mountains close to the most advance ski resort in Uzbekistan — Amirsoy. Our Vila is sitting 1 550 m above sea level, with breathtaking view over mountains valleys and Chirvak lake. Located on a steep hill and carefully integrated into the landscape by our partner architect — Ulugbek Holmuradov, Vila Ventozelo is an unusual example in present Uzbekistan of a high regard to traditions and modern architecture. The Vila ensemble respects most typical in this area П shape of the house — which is visible in the layout. At the same time with its grass roof integrated into the slope and concrete consoles — the Vila is true example of most contemporary architecture, while the entrance to the plot is purely traditional for Uzbekistan and Chimgan area and does not argue with the street panorama.
Vila Ventozelo is located on a very steep slope — quite an exercise to walk 30 meters up from down to the top of the plot. The social floor with a spacious living and dining areas is located on the top floor of the Vila — to ensure the best possible views. Four suites, two of them are mater-suits, are located on a ground level to ensure privacy and exit to the grass loan — a true pleasure in the mornings. All of them are equipped with private bathrooms and wardrobes. The office of the owner is located in a separate building — at the entrance to the plot, together with the house for personnel.
